I've tried a lot of grain free pancakes, these are the ones my son loves the best. They don't taste like traditional pancakes but we like them a lot better than the banana/egg pancakes as far as taste and texture.

Grain Free Paleo Pancakes
Instructions
  1. Mix All Ingredients
  2. Heat frying pan with coconut oil
  3. Cook pancakes in frying pan.
  4. Eat either plain, add syrup or dip in apple sauce or chocolate dip.

Recipe Tips

  • Add Cocoa Powder for Chocolate Paleo Pancakes
  • Add Peanut Butter Powder for Peanut Butter Pancakes (not paleo)
  • Can use any dairy free milk, not just coconut milk
  • If you don't like the applesauce flavor, sub for coconut sugar and add additional milk to get the right consistency
